Share Sunday on Twitter #MHC

This Sunday we’re going to start a new weekly experiment. If you attend Mars Hill in person, you’re invited to use Twitter to write about the sermon, your experience at the service, and whatever the Holy Spirit teaches you throughout the day. Include the #MHC hashtag and we’ll publish the highlights here on the blog. As a congregation, we’re spread across multiple campuses and no less than twenty Sunday services. Using Twitter, we can share the common and the unique elements that occur each week. The goals for this experiment include:

  • Learn by exchanging insight from the service.
  • Encourage one another by reading and writing about what's going on at all of the campuses.
  • Understand the greater scope of God's work through the ministry of Mars Hill.
Visit the Acts 29 blog to see the hashtag idea in action at the recent church-planting Boot Camp. In order to participate, you'll need to sign up for a Twitter account (it's free). If the whole Twitter concept is new to you, read up online. If you Tweet, start following Mars Hill Church—many of our pastors and campuses are on Twitter as well. See you there. --Pastor Jamie
