I am a teacher on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, and I cannot even begin to describe the suffering I see all around me on a daily basis. However, as I sit in my classroom preparing lessons for my students late into the night, I listen to sermons from the Mars Hill Church website. I can't express how much God has used Mars Hill to bless and encourage me, as I fight the spiritual battle all around me. I am a minority, single, and 24 years old, living one hundred miles from the nearest Evangelical church. It can be easy to feel alone.
