On December 1, Mars Hill Rainier Valley come together for their last core gathering before the launch of the church on January 15. Over 500 people showed up to hear Pastor Mark preach and to watch baptisms.

There were so many more people than they had anticipated that they were overflowing. Seats were filled to capacity so people started looking for a place to stand until there was no more standing room. They were so full they had to do a live feed to another location across the parking lot.

On top of that, 17 people were baptized for the first time, and four of them were former prostitutes. People were running up to the stage to testify about God’s goodness in their lives.

We praise God for what he is doing in Rainier Valley!
