After Pastor Mark’s sermon “Jesus Gave Us Baptism” this Sunday, lots of Mars Hill churches had baptisms. We rejoice with and for the 116 brothers and sisters in Christ who were baptized this Sunday!
There were eight baptisms at Mars Hill U-District.
“We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.” Romans 6:4
And there were 10 baptisms at the Portland church.
Mars Hill Federal Way held their baptisms outside.
Down in Albuquerque, there were 29 baptisms!

On Saturday, over 200 people from Mars Hill Everett helped clean Evergreen Middle School, and then Pastor Scott preached on Jesus in the park and six were baptized.
There were five baptisms out on the plateau at Mars Hill Sammamish.
