We can’t tell you their full names. We can’t tell you their exact location. But as you heard in the sermon this past Sunday, we can tell you that last month Mars Hill Global sent out ten pastors to preach Jesus throughout Ethiopia, a country with many regions that are extremely hostile to the gospel.
Since completing two years of training at Kale Heywot Bible School in the southern part of the country, these men have been waiting for financial support in order to leave their homes and plant new churches in cities and villages where no congregation currently exists. Mars Hill Global has now contributed enough to provide for more than 16 church planters and their families, and these ten are the firstfruits of this effort. (Photos used with permission.)
Thank you for helping support pastors around the world. Please pray for the church planters, their families, their new churches, and the glory of God in Ethiopia.
