The Lead Pastor Residency Program gives you the necessary knowledge and skills to be a Mars Hill lead pastor. The residency is designed for men who have a track record in leading and feel called to the mission to plant more Mars Hill churches. This is a highly selective program that involves six months of training in Seattle, followed by four months of training at the new church plant. This is a paid position, focused on training and preparing men to lead a Mars Hill church within one year.
