Youth Director
Mars Hill Church’s mission is to plant churches and make disciples. We have grown from a small Bible study to over 12,000 weekly attenders at 14 different churches in 4 states: Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, and California. As Mars Hill Church continues to grow, we need a high-capacity leader to oversee the execution of a world class youth ministry. There are hundreds of youth to serve across all our locations and we expect a lot from candidates: an unyielding love for Jesus, passion for seeing young people meet Jesus, a clear and large scale vision for a world class youth ministry, exceptional ministry and project management experience, and the leadership skills to manage staff and volunteers across multiple geographic locations. This position is not a traditional youth ministry role of a leader who simply wants to work with youth and loves junior high and high school kids, but one who is theological sound, possesses strong strategy and planning skills and is a highly creative and effective leader.
