Proverbs tells us that insight and wisdom has its foundation in the fear of the Lord and knowledge of the Holy One. In Luke 10:42, Jesus says that Mary has chosen the good portion in response to her sitting at his feet and listening to his teaching. This leads us to ask ourselves how much time do we really spend getting to know God on a deep level? In this session we will unpack the words “theology” and “doctrine” and look at the importance of studying God’s word.
