As His people we are to worship, give unceasing thanks, and pray diligently to God. That is why we are devoting the first Monday of every month to come together and pray after a day of fasting.

...More history and prayer has always been a part of fasting. You may choose to fast from food entirely or may change the normal rhythm of things you rely upon (t.v., internet, games, coffee, chocolates, etc.), and choosing to abstain from them so you can use that time to read Scripture, pray, or serve one another.
Being disciples of Christ means that we are looking to Christ as our example. We are praying for His return. We are praying for people to be saved by the truth of His sacrifice. We are sharing that truth with others. We want to be a church that develops the habits of praying and fasting together as a family. Will you join us on this journey towards dependency upon God and His Spirit as we gather to pray?
Join us in the Auditorium for the next session of prayer on Monday, June 3rd. Childcare is Available!
